After launching the Reno 12 series in China, OPPO appears to be prepping to introduce the Reno 12 series in global markets. The OPPO Reno 12 series smartphones have already appeared on some certification websites. In a new development, we have spotted the upcoming OPPO Reno 12 on the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) certification website. Take a look at the details.

OPPO Reno 12 Global Variant’s Live Images

The OPPO Reno 12’s model number, as revealed through the TDRA listing, is CPH2625. The OPPO Reno 12 global variant’s FCC listing also includes live images. The live images suggest that the Reno 12 global variant will look similar to its Chinese counterpart.

The OPPO Reno 12 global variant will feature a triple rear camera setup inside a rectangular camera module. The ‘Innovative AI Camera‘ text can be seen inside the camera module, suggesting that the handset might offer AI camera features.

The FCC listing also reveals its charger’s live images, which reveal support for 80W SuperVOOC charging. Further, FCC documents reveal that the Reno 12 global variant will have a 4,880mAh rated capacity battery. The typical capacity of the battery is 5,000mAh. The battery’s model number is BLPA59 and Sunwoda manufactures it.

The OPPO Reno 12 will boot ColorOS 14.1, as per the listing. The ColorOS 14.1 skin is based on Android 14. The handset measures 162.38mm in height and 74.14mm in width. As per FCC documents, it will support dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NFC, and 5G.

The OPPO Reno 12 global variant was earlier spotted on the Geekbench benchmark database. As per the listing, the upcoming Reno handset will sport a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 processor and 8GB of RAM. The smartphone has already acquired BIS certification. So, we can expect it to debut soon in India.
