Motorola is planning a new smartphone launch for India and this could be the Motorola Edge 50 Ultra. The smartphone recently made its debut globally and will join the existing Edge 50 Pro and the Edge 50 Fusion smartphones. Here are the details to know.

Motorola Edge 50 Ultra Could Launch Soon in India

The teaser shared by Motorola India on X (formerly Twitter) suggests that the company will launch a new smartphone with a triple camera setup and a wooden finish on the rear. The teaser image reveals the inclusion of a periscope telephoto camera inside a fused rectangular camera module.

To recall, Motorola recently launched the Motorola Edge 50 Ultra in global markets in a Nordic Wood shade. The latest teaser dropped by Motorola India suggests that the upcoming smartphone could soon launch in the country. The Motorola smartphone is also available in Forest Grey and Nordic Wood shades globally.

For the uninitiated, the Edge 50 Ultra sports a 6.7-inch pOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate. The pOLED display supports HDR10+, 2800 nits peak brightness, 100% DCI P3 colour gamut, PANTONE validation, and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection.

It comes with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoC with up to 16GB of RAM. The smartphone flaunts a triple camera setup on the rear, with a 50MP primary camera, a 50MP ultrawide camera, and a 64MP periscope telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom.

The Edge 50 Ultra has a 50MP selfie camera. The device is backed by a 4,500mAh battery with 125W TurboPower fast charging and 50W wireless charging tech. Since the teaser has dropped, we can expect Motorola to reveal more details about the launch soon. So, stick around.
