The mid-range smartphone with the model number SM-C5560 will likely debut under the Samsung Galaxy Y55 moniker in the Chinese market. The upcoming Galaxy Y series smartphone is expected to be a revival of the Samsung Galaxy Y series launched in 2012.

The octa-core CPU with a 2GHz clock speed will be paired with up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. The listing of the smartphone reveals support for microSD card slots.
