Apple WWDC 2024: Event Timing and Where to Watch

Apple usually holds an offline event for the WWDC and the 2024 edition is no exception. The event will also be hosted online and will start at 10:30 pm IST (10:00 AM PDT), on June 10. It will conclude on June 14.

Apple WWDC 2024: Schedule

Apple has divided the event into two parts. The first part of the event will be aimed at media and users where the company will showcase the upcoming software features. The second part of the event will be for software and app developers where the company will provide a deeper dive of features and advances showcased at keynote. Take a look at the schedule,

  • June 10, 10:30 pm IST (10:00 am PDT) – Apple Keynote
  • June 10, 1:00 pm PDT (June 11, 1:30 am IST) – Developer Event (Platforms State of the Union)
    • Access to Experts – Apple Developer Enterprise Program members get a chance to interact directly with Apple experts
    • Swift Student Challenge – 50 winners of the Swift Student Challenge to visit Apple Park for three days during WWDC.
    • Apple Design Awards – Apple will announce winners of the Apple Design Awards chosen based on game design, craft, creativity, and technical expertise.

Apple will also release session videos and guides of over 100 technical sessions throughout the week. With these, app developers get a deeper dive into the latest technologies and frameworks. These will be available on the Apple Developer app, YouTube channel, and website.
