Gigabyte has launched two new gaming laptops in India, the Gigabyte G16X and the Aorus 16X. These laptops are equipped with 13th-gen and 14th-gen Intel processors from the HX Series, respectively. Gigabyte G6X and Aorus 16X: Price and Availability in India
The new Gigabyte gaming laptops start at Rs 96,999 for the base variant and go up to Rs 1,89,999 for the top model with maxed-out graphics. Starting in July 2024, they will be available for purchase on e-commerce portals like Amazon and Flipkart and leading offline retailers across India.
AORUS 16X AI Gaming Laptop: Specifications
The Aorus 16X has a WQXGA display with a 165Hz refresh rate and 100% sRGB coverage. It also has TUV Rheinland certification. The screen also supports Dolby Vision, and the speakers are compatible with Dolby Audio. The laptop is available in three configurations:
- Intel Core i9-14900HX + RTX 4070 8GB GDDR6
- Intel Core i7-14650HX + RTX 4070 8GB GDDR6
- Intel Core i7 13650HX + RTX 4060 laptop GPU
All variants have RAM capacities up to 64GB. The new Aorus Series laptops support Gigabyte Nexus AI technology that optimizes performance and power consumption for generative AI operations. They also support WiFi 7 standards for faster and more reliable internet connectivity.
Gigabyte G6X AI Gaming Laptop: Specifications
The Gigabyte G6X comes integrated with Microsoft’s AI assistant CoPilot. It features a WUXGA display with a 165Hz refresh rate. The screen has slim bezels and has a 90% screen-to-body ratio. The Gibayte G6X is available in two configurations:
- Intel Core i7-13650HX + RTX 4060 laptop GPU with 8GB GDDR6 VRAM, up to 64GB DDR5 RAM
- Intel Core i7-13650HX + RTX 4050 laptop GPU, up to 64GB DDR5 RAM
The laptop also features a dedicated CoPilot button that allows users to access the AI chatbot and get relevant answers quickly. Gigabyte says that these new laptops will help users leverage the power of AI in their daily usage and increase their productivity.
