BGMI has collaborated with IPL franchise Mumbai Indians for an exclusive event, offering players a chance to deck their avatars out with exclusive Mumbai Indians-themed items. This partnership was announced back in March. Check out the details below.
BGMI X Mumbai Indians Collaboration
The exclusive Mumbai Indians collaboration items within the BGMI Prize Path event have a limited availability period ending on June 6, 2024.
Ever since the announcement came in, gamers have been eagerly waiting to see what kind of MI-themed outfits would be available in the game. Krafton has launched an in-game event unveiling six skins, one for the upgradable DP28 gun, the backpack, the Dacia car, helmet, parachute and a full outfit.
To access the event, launch BGMI on your device and tap the “Deals” button on the right side of the screen. Once you’re in the Deals menu, find the “Prize Path” section, where you’ll find the MI collaboration event.
To get the cool MI gear, you’ll need to unlock the Prize Path, which costs 500 UC. After unlocking, you can participate in the event missions made just for this event to earn Prize Path points. The Prize Path level ranges from Level 1-20, comprising various playable missions. You can earn more points as they progress by completing missions in each level. After reaching level 20, points can be used to redeem the acclaimed MI-themed items.
However, you can purchase these points with UC to speed up the upgrading process or buy specific items with the in-game currency. Here is the price of each item.
- MI Aali Re Dacia Skin: 4500 points/ 3000 UC
- MI Dhamakedaar DP-28 skin: 2700 points/ 1800 UC
- Mi Apun Ka Backpack: 1080 points/ 720 UC
- MI Jhakaas Helmet: 1080 points/ 720 UC
To ensure you secure these coveted in-game rewards, we recommend starting your participation in the event at your earliest convenience. One thing to note is that unused points will no longer be useful when the event ends. Players must spend 500 UC to unlock the event and participate to earn mission points.
Previously, BGMI partnered with current MI skipper Hardik Pandya, which led to the introduction of the popular cricketer-inspired outfits and a voice pack.
