Sent a mail to customer care: 7th Dec 2010 at 6:23 PM (asking them to confirm the order placed)
Got a mail from customer care: 7th Dec 2010 at 8:11 PM (confirming the order and that the book will be dispatched the next day)
Got an automated mail: 8th Dec 2010 at 7:58 PM (confirming that the book has been dispatched along with courier details)
Book delivered: 9th Dec 2010 at 6:00 PM (Book delivered via DTDC Courier)
Order to Receive Time: 47 Hours 45 Minutes.
Based on this experience I am rating landmarkonthenet.com as 4.5 /5. I will definitely order from here if the price is less than other stores.
Scope for Improvement: SMS Notifications when the order is placed and when it is dispatched (along with courier details) as not all people will check their mails daily.
